Staff Member Qualifications

Jeff is a native of Louisiana. He now resides in Summit Mississippi with his wife and 3 children. He graduated in 1997 from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Business Administration. For the last 19 years Jeff has been the owner and CEO of the multiple Jolimar companies.

Johnny is a native of Houston Texas and has lived in McComb, Mississippi for the last 10 years. He spent 30 years in the institutional food service business before becoming a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor. Johnny has been an employee of Jolimar Recovery Center for 10 years. He is also a 44 year member of the Boy Scouts of America, an active member of his Alcoholics Anonymous home group for 11 years, and on the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Mississippi Association of Addiction Professionals.

Joelene grew up in Tylertown, Mississippi and currently resides in Summit, Mississippi. She workd 15 years in Alford Holloway and Smith Accounting Services before joining the Jolimar Companies 12 years ago. Joelene is an integral part of Jolimar Recovery Center's daily operation in the financial and technical support areas.

Tommy is a life long resident of Pike County Mississippi and was a long time local businessman. Tommy entered the treatment field seven years ago, is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Clinical Supervisor. He has worked for Jolimar Recovery Center for 8 years and is dedicated to the clients there and their personal recovery. Tommy is also an active member of his Alcoholics Anonymous home group for the last 8 years, and is in charge of our Extended Care Program.Tommy has been married for 37 years, has two children and one grandson.

Dr. Jordan is Jolimar's Medical Director. He graduated from Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda Maryland and did his residency at Lakeland AFB in San Antonio Texas. Dr. Jordan has been in practice for 25 years and currently has his practice in McComb Mississippi. He specializes in Orthopedics. Dr. Jordan is Board Certified.

Dr. Richardson has been with Jolimar for the last 7 years. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg Mississippi and did his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Richardson is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and has been practicing since 1990.

Dr. Brawley has been with Jolimar for 18 years. She is a native of Southwest Mississippi. Dr. Brawley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Social and Rehabilitation Services in 1982 and her Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology in 1984 both from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also has a minor degree in Substance Abuse Counseling. Dr. Brawley received her PhD from Saybrook Graduate School in San Fransisco, California in 1997. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC and has been in private practice for over 21 years. She also is a part time educator at the college university level and facilitator for over 21 years for the DUI, MASEP classes.

Dayle has been with Jolimar for 7 years. She is a native of Southwest Mississippi. Dayle was awarded her Bachlor of Science degree with Highest Honors in Child and Family Relations in the College of Health and Human Sciences and her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is very active in the community with St. Andrews Mission. Dayle and her husband Gary have been married for 47 years, have three children, and five beautiful grandchildren. She has been an asset to our clients and their families.

Terry is a lifelong resident of Southern Mississippi. She graduated from Southwest Mississippi Community College in 1998 as a CNA and in 2000 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Terry is the mother of 2 children, has been married for 25 years. She has one grandchild. Terry coordinates the day to day medical needs at Jolimar and is dedicated to the health and emotional well being of our clients. She has been the Jolimar nurse for the last 11 years.

Elizabeth grew up in Magnolia, Mississippi and now resides in Summit, Mississippi with her husband Jeff and three beautiful children. She graduated in 1997 from Southwest Mississippi Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. Elizabeth spent 7 years with Astra Zeneca and for the last 7 years she has been an integral part of the Jolimar Companies operation. She is attuned to our client's needs.
