Primary Treatment Visitation Policy

1. Visitation is limited to the dining room and surrounding area. Visitors are not permitted in client living quarters.

2. No inappropriate physical contact is permitted.

3. Packages, gifts, clothing, etc. must be brought to the staff upon arrival to be examined.

4. Visiting hours are from 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Sundays only.

5. Visitors should be limited to family and close friends.

6. Clients are permitted to have no more than four visitors at one time without prior written permission from the counseling staff.

7. Visitors under the influence of mind or mood altering substances will be asked to leave the premises.

8. Visitors must sign in at the dining room upon arrival.

9. Clients are not allowed in the parking area, and are not allowed to go to visitor’s vehicles.

10. No food is to be brought during visitation, unless previously approved by staff.

11. Visitors are asked to dress according to Jolimar’s dress code while visiting.

12. Visitors may bring family pets. These pets must be on a leash or in a container and must be under control at all times. They must not be a nuisance to other clients or visiting family members. No pets are allowed in any building or any food area.

13. Staff members on duty have the final say on any visitation policies.
